No surprise. I SNAPPED again!

This week's words are creepy, exciting, mysterious and air.

Creepy: Today many playgrounds have torn out the old equipment I played on as a kid and replaced them with new 'safe' equipment. My cousins, sister and I couldn't help but think the new equipment was far more dangerous than the slides, swings and merry-go-rounds we grew up on. This conversation sparked our creativity: Death on a Playground. You haven't truly lived until you hear your six-year-old yell across the playground, "Mom! Are you killing yourself again?"

Exciting: Our baby kitties finally have their eyes open and Momma is keeping them close enough we can play with them. I hope we get some kitties that will let you pet them since even our old tomcat, Jill, has gotten pretty feral with age. Feel free to help us name em. Currently we have "Sis", "Mr. Tubs", "Cry Baby" and "Blacky"... Much more creative than "Mamma" and "Kitty" nothing is etched in stone until the O.C. has approved it.

Mysterious: Can you guess what I've been downloading for Mr. Sunshine and I to watch? I'll give you a few hints... It's all about the letter A, which might stand for Atheist, Astronomy, Architecture, or Ancestry... Or it might stand for the "A" I'll give you if you guess right. A+ if you know the location they were talking about when I SNAPPED the picture.

Air: On the way home from our date watching Iron Man 3 (FYI I'd SOOOO leave Mr. Sunshine for Tony Stark! /drools) I SNAPPED a view of the park and valley as we drove over the dam today. A beautiful warm spring afternoon with a gorgeous blue sky.

    2. That's my favorite too. I think she's the only female. If I didn't hate litter boxes so much I'd make her an indoor cat.

  2. You have to name one of them Frank. Look at the eyes! No guess as to what you are watching, though. Thanks for playing, sweetie.

    1. LOL@Frank... Well, it stuck... at least until the OC gets home from GS camp, then she'll probably want to name him Rocket Ship Night Flier Elite!

    1. :P We're pretty excited about the kitties too. We have somewhere between 3 and 8 cats but their all crazy wild (including their Momma) so we're happy she brought them back to the house where we can get them used to people. Pity I think we've got three boys which means Daddy Jill will run them off or they'll get all tomboy and mangled. :(

  4. I swear your peeps need to learn how to be more agile. Maybe I could teach them better landings! Fine work!

    1. LOL! I showed the pics to Mr. Sunshine last night and he was cracking up. He said I should make them go viral because it's way better than that 'planking crap' people are doing (whatever that is). We're a bunch of monkeys but we're certain if we'd had this 'safe' equipment as children there'd have been a few more broken bones and ER visits.
